Gem Rules

In order to make your stay at GEM Fest more comfortable, we’ve prepared a set of rules and recommendations:

  • Only comfortable shoes
  • Only positive vibes
  • Respective the sleep of other in the tent city
  • Take a lot of photos and share
  • Make new friends
  • Walk less, dance more
  • Keep the festival territory clean
  • Believe in miracles
  • Wear your passes at all times
  • No disrespectful behavior to others and environment
  • Smile
  • Learn by doing
  • Relax responsibly
  • Take care of your and your friends’ personal belongings
  • Leave your dark side outside
  • Bring sunscreen - a lot of it!


  • The festival is open 24 hours, every day
  • Bring your valid passport, ID or driving license to get your pass
  • Show will take place in any circumstances
  • Tickets are not refundable
  • Changes may apply to line-up and set times
  • All attendees will be searched at an entrance
  • All personal belongings will be searched at the entrance, please follow all the festival rules to avoid entry delay
  • All ages are welcome. Children under 12 enter the festival for free. All individuals under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or a legal guardian
  • Ins and outs are allowed, SingleEntry Pass holders must purchase new passes upon re-entry
  • We are not responsible for lost and stolen items. To keep your belongings safe, we recommend using lockers
  • Visitors agree to be photographed, filmed or recorded as part of the audience. (All of the video, photo and audio materials acquired on festival site are subject to promotional use for the festival without any limitations and at the sole discretion of its organizers)
  • For reasons of force majeure, we can decide to cancel the festival at short notice. If the festival is cancelled because of force majeure, no new date will be set. In this case, no entry fees and/or additional expenses will be refunded to the ticket owner
  • Tickets purchased for the festival will be replaced at the festival entrance with a plastic card. Only visitors with a valid plastic card are allowed to entry in the festival area. The plastic card may not be removed, cut, torn or damaged in any way or it ceases to be valid
  • Camping will be possible only to visitors with a valid festival ticket (except for SingleEntry ticket holders) and a valid festival camping ticket
  • Campers must take care of their belongings in the camping area
  • Campers are required to respect public order and peace in the camp


  • NO drones or remote control aircraft
  • NO fireworks or explosives or road flares
  • NO flyers, samples, giveaways or promotional items
  • NO guns, ammunition
  • NO knives, weapons or sharp objects
  • NO food or beverage from outside
  • NO pets or other animals (except service ones)
  • NO tents or sleeping bags
  • NO big umbrellas or chairs
  • NO bicycles, hover-boards, scooters, or personal motorized vehicles
  • NO laser pens, laser pointers or similar focused light devices
  • NO professional cameras
  • NO moshing, crowed-surfing or stage diving
  • NO illegal substances, drugs
  • NO opened over the counter medication or eye drops
  • NO musical instruments, noisemakers or air horns
  • NO flammable items, liquids or aerosols (aerosols are allowed only in camping city)
  • NO bota bags
  • NO glass bottles


  • YES baby strollers
  • YES backpacks (medium)
  • YES ear plugs
  • YES to illuminates or glowing jewelry or costumes
  • YES to non-professional cameras
  • YES to action cameras such as GoPro’s
  • YES to flags and banners (no corporate or company branding; no hard poles)
